Do you want to drive DRV8873H or DRV8873S?

There are two EVMs: one is DRV8873HEVM; another one is DRV8873SEVM.

The firmware can be download from the EVM folder. For example: from the firmware source code https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slvc743 from https://www.ti.com/tool/DRV8873SEVM
