BOOSTXL-DRV8301: BoostXL-DRV8301 pinout query

Dear TI, on page 2 of the BoostXL-DRV8301 Quick Start Guide and on page 4 of BoostXL-DRV8301 Hardware User's Guide, the drawing shows the DRV8301 connected to Launchpad XL J1, J2, J5 and J6.

On the LaunchXL-F28069M Hardware Manual the top 4 connectors are illustrated as J1,J2,J3,J4 (Figure 11. Top Silk). Following the resource assignments it appears DRV8301 is connected to J1,J2,J3,J4.

Is the above drawing for DRV8301 a typo or is there something I am missing?

    Hi James,

    You are correct, I apologize for the confusion with the labeling. On the Launchpad, Instead of J5 it should be J3 and instead of J6 it should be J4 connecting to the DRV8301 booster.

    I will see if we can get the users guide updated to reflect the appropriate labeling.
