TPL7407L: Relationship between RDSON and COM < 8.5V

The DS states the minimum recommended COM voltage is 8.5V, but that lower voltages will work at the expense of higher RDSON.

Can you provide any information regarding RDSON when COM = 5V?

    Hi Darren,

    We do not have the requested data. 5V is out of recommended operating conditions as this pin powers the device. While the device will work, there will be some effect on the on resistance which will result in higher V_ol values compared to datasheet specifications.
