Hi Eugene,

as far as I am aware, the driver is currently not available because of need of SLA between TI and Imagination Technologies.

Do you know how to get the SLA if I would like to pay for it?
Which window should I contact first? TI or Imagination technology?

Hi Eugene,

according to this post driver will be provided from Imagination technology,

but as they discussed it doesn't go well with OMAP4 and it is up to you how will you implement it.
