SOC with GPS, GPRS and micro controller core

I am working on the project - GPS based tracking system in forest environment.

1. To implement my project, I need an SOC with GPS, GPRS and microcontroller cores for our system.

2. If there is no SOC with above mentioned cores, plz suggest me any controller/processor with integrated GPS or GPRS core.

3. Otherwise, plz suggest me best individual ICs for GPS,GPRS and micro controller.
