EMB1499Q: Why is there no PWM output when EN Pin is pulled high?

Part Number: EMB1499Q

When the EN pin is pulled high, done goes low, but there is no signal output for gate _ LS and PWN _ clamp.

The measured DIR is high and DIR _ RT is low.

Experts are invited to give guidance.

Hi Chime,

Can you check if there are any faults on the EMB1499Q? The PWM output will not work if there are faults present.

Thank you for your reply! Is faulty, code 001. But there is no actual current.

Hi Chime,

If the fault is real you'll need to figure out what could be causing it and resolve the issue to get PWM to work. If you think the fault shouldn't trip in normal conditions, you can try restarting the device. The startup cycle will clear the fault latch.

I've pasted the section of the datasheet below that pertains to your fault code. It may help you track down the issue if restarting the device doesn't restore normal operation.
