However, the equation (13) comes from VSNS,TMR1, not VSNS,CL2, because VSNS,TMR1 is used at equation (12).
I other words, my question is which is used to calculate Css, VSNS,TMR1 or VSNS,CL2.
So, please let me know which should be used at equation (12), VSNS,TMR1 or VSNS,CL2.

Hi Hirano,
Please use VSNS,TMR1 for calculations because it is the threshold at which the fault timer starts to run. VSNS,TMR1 provides more margin and is safe to avoid false shutdown.
