TPS62097: Softstart Time without Css?

The minimum soft start time could depend on the particular application and, in particular VIN, VOUT, IOUT, passive components and layout.

As reference please see the following measurements, performed on the TPS62097EVM-651 with VIN = 5V, VOUT = 1.2V, IOUT = 0A

Css = 10nF

no Css

I have obtained the following result with Css  820pF, but, as you said, for such low values the soft start time could be not accurate and depend also on PCB parasitics and operating conditions.
