Rtheta JB isn't called out in the datasheet - what is a realistic Rtheta_J_B for the device assuming all heat is removed through the PCB (no airflow)?

Thanks for the interest in the CSD87588N.
The Rth is actually in the datasheet but does not state specifically RthJ-B. On page 3 of the datasheet it lists a value of Rth junction to case(PGND pin). This PGND pin if you look at the diagram on page 1 of the datasheet is the large pad that connects to the PCB. So in effect this value is the RthJB you are looking for.
