CSD18540Q5B: Convergence issues with PSpice simulation of mosfets

I'm just starting with PSpice for TI but am unable to get a working model with a switching mosfet. I tried a few parts and they all give convergence issues that I don't know how to fix. For example I tried the model_import.opj from the Cadence tutorial with the irf840 from the tutorial and it runs, but if I place a TI part it does not run. Is there a setting that I'm missing? I attached the file.

The error is:

ERROR(ORPSIM-15138): Convergence problem in Transient Analysis at Time = 311.2E-06.
