This is the error message they are getting from BQStudio? Which srec file are they trying to program?

Can they also share a screenshot from BQStudio so I can see the software version and EV2400 firmware version?

Screenshot is as below.

srec is customer's.

bqStudio Version: 1.3.86, EV2400 Version: 0.18

Hi Kagawa-san,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The BQStudio version and EV2400 version look okay. How did they generate the srec file? Did they export it from BQStudio or did they use some other method?

Maybe they can try to create the srec again to see if there is any difference? Maybe their file was corrupted somehow.
