TPS22976: how much the CT capacitor needs to be charged?

Our customer wanted to confirm how much the CT capacitor needs to be charged to correctly biased the gate? Is it 2x or 3x the input voltage?

Or the exact voltage does TPS22976 need to be biased?

Hi Art,

The CT capacitor is charged through an internal gate drive structure. No external input must be used here.

The CT capacitor must be rated to at least 25V to avoid any derating.
