こんにちは。

TL431AIのVref-周囲温度のグラフデータが欲しいのですが、頂けないでしょうか。

目的としては、TL431AIのばらつきが最大の時と最小の時のVrefが知りたいです。(-20℃,70℃)

    Hi,

    Thanks for your question. As far as I understand your question using google translate, you are looking for a Vref vs ambient temperature plot for TL431AI. There are various ways you can go about this.

    1. You can use the same plot shown in the datasheet but only look from -40 to 85℃ for TL431AI. However, this graph is only for 2% grade.
    2. You can back calculate it from the formula in the datasheet. Here is plot we plotted for Vref = 2.495V at 25℃
