If I follow LP8860-Q1 EVM Tsense and Riset setting, what is the T1 value?

How to calculate it? thanks!

Hi Charles,

But how do I know T1 work temperature is?

It base on which register setting? Or external HW setting? I can't find any description about this.

Hi Jeff,

Please refer to the page 40 of the datasheet and the knee point is affected by the register EXT_TEMP_MINUS and EXT_TEMP_GAIN. You can adjust those values to satisfy the T1 given by the system requirements.

Hi Charles,

My circuit R1=3k, R2=15, Rntc=47k, EXT_TEMP_GAIN=[1110], EXT_TEMP_MINUS=[01],

calculate result ~23.38mA, seems very strange, is it correct? thanks!
