TPS563210A: Could we replace TPS563210A with TPS563210?

Hi team,

My customer would like to replace TPS563210A with TPS563210. Could we directly change IC without BOM changing? 

Also, what is the difference between TPS563210A and TPS563210? There is a thread which mentions only different on soft start function. Could you explain more detail and why TPS563210 is not recommended to use on new design? Thank you.
