UC1707-SP: Difference between 5962-8761901V2A and 5962-8761903V2A

Part Number: UC1707-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1707, UC3707,

Hi Team,

I think the only difference between them is the "device type" 01 and 03 where 01 means the UC1707 and 03 means UC3707.
The difference between UC1707 and UC3707 is the operating temperature but 5962-8761901V2A and 5962-8761903V2A have the same operating temperature of -55 to 125 °C.
So I am confused about their difference.

  • Hey Tom,

This is best answered by the SMD more than anything. The SMD denotes the two device types at UC1707 and UC1707-SP.

This additional -SP is there because the radiation report has been done on that device type. (TID and SEE)

There are spec differences noted in the SMD because of this.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
