BQ27Z561-R2: can`t change Manufacture Date

 I use the bq27z561 in bqStudio, I  need to change the Manufacture Data 0x40A9 to 2021/5/17,  I can't change the data, see the appendix

I read the data is 5221 in  40A9 , I want to chage the 5221 to  52B1, After I write the data, I read the address  and found that the data has not been updated
