I'm stuck with TPS22990 supply, which is told to be more than one year.

Does anyone have some hints for an alternative?

Hi TapiTapo,

At this time we do not offer a direct P2P swap for TPS22990. A good option may be to use TPS22976 with both channels in parallel to get a similar current capability.
