We can not write to IC registers via the I2C bus, however, we can read BQ7694003 registers successfully. The CRC seems to be correct.
The system is a 48V with the nominal voltage of the cells is 3.7V. The voltage at C5X and C10X is 17.5V and 35V respectively referenced to the GND. The REGSRC voltage is ~15V. The voltage across C111, C112 is 3.2V but it is ~0.3V across C112.
Another issue we noticed is that when we short Cell 13 and Cell 14 points the negative -0.8V voltage permanently exists between IC ground (pin 3) and Cell0. We do have 14 cells in the system. In this case, all cells are ~3.6V but the first cell is 2.7V, which sounds like the whole-cell string is shifted and we do see an Undervoltage alert. Any advice would be appreciated.
