Hi JH,
Where did you get this table? TI.com only show TPS51200DRCT and TPS51200DRCR.
In general, G4 indicate it's "Green" which should apply all the TPS51200 devices.

Weidong
Hi Weidong,
The table is located in the package option addendum of the TPS51200 datasheet.
My customer wants to know the difference between the G4 and the non G4.
There is no explanation for this in the datasheet.
Regards,
JH
Hi JH,
The G4 is a suffix added to orderable part number. It means lead free, NiPdAu with Green Mold Compound. In this case it's redundant since the non G4 part has the same content. So for TPS51200 the G4 and non G4 devices are the same.
