TLV62569A: What is the min and max input leakage current into the FB pin?

Hi team,

can you please provide some insight on the expected min and max values for the input leakage current into the FB pin (I_FB) for both the TLV62569ADRLR and the TLV62568APDRLT across full operating temp range?

my customer needs it to calculate the worst case DC voltage accuracy to set the voltage monitoring circuit thresholds.

datasheet only specifies 10nA typical.
