Hello, I am taking over this issue from Michael Welling for now.

I am not getting a clear understanding of the FB circuit from the datasheet.

Are there any total impedance or filtering recommendations for the FB voltage divider?

What are the Absolute Max, DC, and AC characteristics of the FB pin? 

What are the impedance characteristics into the BAT and FB pins, under charging as well as TERM/SLEEP/SUSPEND conditions?

Am I correct that asserting TERM, SLEEP, or SUSPEND ties the highlighted resistor to GND, and asserting none of these signals lets the highlighted resistor float?

    Hello,

    The FB pin is the CELLS pin and the Absolute Maximum ratings for this pin are -0.3 V to 20 V.

    See Figure 22 and 23 in the datasheet for recommended FB resistors. The internal BAT resistors will be several orders of magnitude greater than this in order for the FB compensation to work.

    The FET to ground below the highlighted resistor opens when TERM, SLEEP, SUSPEND occurs to reduce leakage.
