TPS54040: TPS54040DGQ

Part Number: TPS54040

Good day,
We use TPS54040DGQ in our projects. And we find out that we have a heating problem with that.
Below you could find parameters of our circuite.

Input voltage is 12VDC or 24VDC
Output voltage is 5.5VDC
Swiching freq. resistor is 121kOhm (Approximately freq. - 1MHz)
Output Inductor - 22uH (CDRH3D18NP-220N)
Maximum output current is 350mA

We could see that output inductor in our pcb becomes hot when Load current increases.
Also Output Inductor heats to 60 deg (150mA load current) and more (when Load current increases), depends on the load. Is it ok?
In additionaly we could see that heating faster if we use 24VDC Input votage.
What do you think about that situation? Is such heating ok for that switch regulator? What solution could you suggest to reduce heating?
