TPS7H3301-SP: Power dissipation

There is a section in the datasheet that discusses power dissipation.

It will depend on your VLDOIN voltage, sink and source currents, and VTT voltage.
There are likely some third party documentation from memory vendors that will help determine sink/source currents depending on the DDR node you are using.
