Hi team,

I found the erratic switching waveform using TPS628502-Q1 in Webench.

Could you check following design?

Vin=5V, Vout=1.0V, Iout=2.0A

Hi Shinji,

There is some parameter setting issue on Webench model. Model for TPS628501/2-Q1 will be revalidate and available in mid June time frame.

Can you use PSPICE or SIMPLIS model for device.?

Could you give me a load transient simulation result for the following setting?

Vin=5V

Vout=1.0V

Fsw=2.2MHz

Load step = 0.1A to 0.7A

MODE : FPWM
