Hello,

In my customer's desired application a tight voltage regulation is not required. Hence, I would like to restrict the upper limit of the switching frequency to enhance the efficiency at light load.  Is it possible to set the minimum and maximum switching frequency in UCC256404, similar to UCC25600?

    It is possible to set the maximum switching frequency with UCC256404, since the maximum switching frequency is happened in burst mode. The higher burst mode threshold, the lower maximum switching frequency. You can download the excel calculation tool of UCC256404, to design the burst mode threshold based on the calculation tool.

    regarding to the minimum switching frequency, it cannot be changed, UCC256404 limit the minimum switching frequency at 35kHz.
