I'm developing low power Qi charging system. I'm planning to use a different module LTC4124 as my circuit needs very low power input. However LTC4124 module is out of stock and I need a quick sample design for the customer so I have decided to use BQ51013B as I have PCBs design with the module.
As my circuit is for low power usage I'm using a small receiver coil (760308101219) and it is not compatible with generic off-the-shelf QI charging stations. So for the transmitter have decided to use the STWBC-WA chip. I have bought a development board STEVAL-ISB045V1 that uses a 760308101104 coil. TX coil - 760308101104 and RX coil 760308101219 are compatible according to the Wurth tests. So I would assume that the charger would work right out of the package as I have updated BQ51013B AC1/AC2 capacitors for the RX coil. However, I can't get a connection between them.
My question is if BQ51013B is compatible with STEVAL-ISB045V1?
