Hi,

I am using bqstudio version 1.3.54.1 with EV2400 to run a learning cycle on my device.

The learning cycle is started but the first discharge task does not end, even though my device had shut down, is drawing 0 current, and 'OCVTAKEN' flag is cleared:

 

please advise.

    Yaron,

    It looks like the Dsg FET has turned off prior to the termination voltage of 3400 being reached. The autocycler is not needed to complete the learn cycle. In your image you DOD has updated to a small enough value. Are you able to charge the device Outside of the bqStudio toolset. 

    Please continue to use bqStudio for logging, but externally connect the charger. 

    Or please cancel the cycle and start on the charge.
