Problem: The UCC28064 is aged at 95VAC input at high temperature and output at full load. About 1 hour after aging, the power supply is abnormal and the PFC does not work properly. The output voltage of the PFC is reduced.
UCC28064 cannot be used on mass-produced models with 600W or more power until the problem is solved.
Please ask TI to help solve the problem.(UCC28063 works fine on these models.Has been in mass production for a long time.)
