TPS56339 IC is getting burned, the circuit is made with the help of webench. The specs are Vin = 5V, Vout=3.3V Please help me to rectify my problem i tried every aspect still its getting burned.i spent a lot in understanding the circuit still the problem remains same.

Any help will be appreciated.
