We have already checked this thermal info on the datasheet. However, they are looking for the Theta JB and Theta JC, which is not provided in the datasheet.

Extremely sorry for the delay in getting back to you. These results are based on simulations conducted with the device mounted on a JEDEC 4-layer PCB (2s2p and 2 oz, 1 oz, 1 oz, & 2 oz) with no thermal vias under device. Hope this helps the customer.
