TPS3808-Q1: Is Vit threshold mentioned at rising or falling edge.

Part Number: TPS3808-Q1

Hello,

TPS3808G01QDBVRQ1

could you please mention whether Vit = 0.405V mentioned is at falling edge or rising edge.

If it is at falling edge then at rising edge will there be hysteresis add on upto 2% ie 8.1mV added you mean at rising edge Threshold is 0.413 to 415V.

Also does Vit has a range in % both in rising and falling edge.

Could ypu please provide the data as soon as possible.

Thanks!

  • Hi Asha,

    For VIT = 0.405V, it is the falling edge when monitoring a voltage rail.  Remember though, the accuracy is listed as:

    The rising edge will have hysteresis that may be up to 3% shown below:

    Below is the VIT range:

    VIT (falling) = 0.405V ---> 0.3969V to 0.413V (+/- 2% for VIT falling voltage threshold accuracy)

    VIT (rising) =  0.40881V to 0.4254V (+3% max hysteresis for VIT rising voltage threshold accuracy)
