Unable to get Remaining Capacity

Hello All,

 

We are using BQ2060A to monitor the charge level of the NiMH battery. The communication with BA2060A is using HDQ16. I am able to get the Voltage and current readings properly but the Remaining Capacity returns zero at the beginning and increments slowly.

Can somebody give pointers to debug?
