UC3865: Pin Functionality

Hello, 

Are there any documents that goes over the pins functionality and description in more detail than the online datasheet and app note? Also this is an older device, what would be the best alternative that can replace this device?

    Hi Daviel,

    Unfortunately TI has not produced UC3865 collateral in addition to what is provided in the product folder. UC3865 was an advanced resonant controller introduced almost 25 years ago, long before LLC resonant half-bridge controllers flooded the market.  TI has kept pace in the resonant controller market, mostly focused on the LLC topology but as process capabilities advanced and new industry features became necessary, we moved away from building out a UC3865 based portfolio of resonant controllers.
