Both TPS3870-Q1 variants have the internal resistor ladder.  Unfortunately, there is no bypass mode of the internal resistor ladder.

Can I get a list of available variants? In the datasheet TPS3870J4080DSERQ1 and TPS3870J4330DSERQ1 are mentioned as available. Apart from these, what are the available variants? I am looking to monitor 0.5V.

None of them have any bypass mode.  

To answer your other question, the TPS3870J4080DSERQ1 and TPS3870J4330DSERQ1 are the only two variants available from the TPS3870-Q1.
