Hi.

I have a buck converter design with LMR36520FADDAR.

The designed input voltage is between 17V to 65V.

The designed output voltage is 5.15V, 10 Watt.

The  problem is, that there are a voltage spikes at the output with a frequency of 4.5Khz approximately  and with a Peak to Peak values of  40 milli volt. (my tested load is constant about 500 milli ampere).

I have also checked  the Output voltage of the switch (pin 8 at the chip), and it looks normal, nice and clean with a switching frequency of 400Khz.

I don't have any idea where this switching noise is coming from.

I attach the schematic design, a scope measurement of the output ripple voltage, and a scope measurement of the switch output (pin 8 of the chip).

Thanks.
