TPS92513: tDELAY depends on VIADJ?

Part Number: TPS92513

Hi team,

My customer is evaluating TPS92513. Customer found the tDELAY depends on IADJ voltage.

They are using 0.01uF for COMP. According to tDELAY calculation in the datasheet, the delay would be 250us (=0.01uF * 0.7V / 28uA).

Their tDELAY  measurement result is as follows.

VIADJ = 1.8V : tDELAY = 250us

VIADJ = 0.9V : tDELAY = 2.5ms

Could you check if the 0.7V of the VCOMP threshold or 28uA of the charge current in the equation (10) in the datasheet depends on VIADJ?

If it has a dependency on VIADJ, could you share us the tDELAY calculation including VIADJ dependency?

This delay time will affect the specification of their end equipment. So, I appreciate if you could clarify the VIADJ dependency on tDELAY.

Regards,

Saito
