Hi,

Can you provide data on noise performance at frequencies above 100 kHz? The datasheet only shows graphs up to that frequency.

    Topher,

    Unfortunately, we do not have data beyond 100kHz.

    It is my understanding that the LDO will begin to attenuate noise beyond 100kHz due to its limited bandwidth.  So, the noise should be equivalent or lower than the 100kHz noise floor.

    The higher frequency results will also be impacted by the Cff value.  This app note has some good information on use of Cff and its implications, including noise. 

    The lab equipment used to take this data is only capable of 104kHz at the high end.
