Hi Team,
There is a good news that we DIN TPS659039-Q1
But need your support to DWIN!
Now have a cold rest issue :
Customer had been confirmed this PMIC failure mode in environment chamber.
1. Placed this board with failed PMIC in 0 degree C environment chamber for 0.5 hours, then turned on it, this PMIC couldn't be turned on.
2. But, if the board with failed PMIC was turned on first in normal temperature, then cooled down the temperature in environment chamber.
and keep it in 0 degree C for 4 hours, this PMIC still could work fine.
the result was proved outside the chamber, had same result.
This PMIC can't be turned on at low temperature(below 0 degree C).
if it was turned on at normal temperature and work fine,
even it was got in low temperature (below 0 degree C) for long period (4 hours), it still could work fine.
*I found a similar thing mentioned on page 53 of the datasheet ! So this is TPS65903x-Q1 defect ?
If so, how could I solve this problem? Thank you*
