LMG1210: LMG1210 working LTSpice model with no errors

Hello everyone,

I just needed the LMG1210 for LTspice and saw that there were many related questions regarding the errors it has when simulating in LTSpice.

I am attaching the LMG1210 model for LTSpice that gives no errors, for everybody to use. Also there is a working example.
