UCC28950-Q1: UCC28950QPWRQ1 and UCC28950TPWRQ1 difference

Hi,

For UCC28950-Q1 there have two parts UCC28950QPWRQ1 and UCC28950TPWRQ1, and there only a temperature difference in the datasheet.

Although most SPEC parameters are the same as UCC28950, my customer is worried about whether the internal parameters are different. Why are there two versions with different temperatures? Is there any difference in internal parameters?
