BQ78350-R1: BMS by reference design TIDA-00792 is not functioning completely

We are developing BMS with a combination of BQ24616 - Charger, BQ76930 - Monitor, BQ76200 - Driver, BQ78350- Gauge IC to take care of 6S1P Li-ion/Li-Pol batter pack.

Present Status - Gauge is communicating with battery management studio via EV2400 and show the cell voltage of all six cells correctly. which ensures the proper communication between gauge and monitor IC also.

Issues - Not charging/discharging (not driving FET - CHG/DSG) and showing wrong value in gauge. Schematic i would like to share in mail.

    Hi Tylor,

    The BQ78350-R1 must have parameters set up to function properly, and have FET_EN set to allow FETs to turn on.  For test you can send the FET test commands to see if the circuit functions.   See the technical reference manual for descriptions.

    If you send a friend request we can establish a private communication to share a schematic.

    Thank you for your reply,

    I did send the commands FET_EN, Toggle DSG & CHG FET but no action in the board. I have sent friend request. I will share the schematic once we have connection.
