TPS1663: 2A PSPICE simulation not converging for 2A current limit

Hello,

My customer is using PSPICE (full version from Cadence) and then they configure the TPS1663 family device the PSPICE simulation has problems converging.

Here is the schematic they have created. Any issues you see with the setup?

Hi Jason,

We have created a new PSpice simulation profile for TPS1663 and attached here for the customer. Please let us know if there are any more issues in the simulation.

Hello, I reviewed your file TPS1663x PSPICE design but it had additional components I was not able to bring into PSPICE for TI. The paths for these components seemed specific to your user installation and not generic. i tried to add the components manually by placing them in the "library" folder but PSPICE for TI could still not find them.

The components are not found . I will send you a request for WEBEX so that I can show you what I am seeing now.
