BQ25101: charger current when Vsys=3.3V

Hey Expert,

when VSYS=3.3V does the charge current will below 20mA? R508=13.5k ohm. so I fast charge=10ma

I saw the V lowv=2.4~2.6. on datasheet. so I will say no. when Vsys=3.3 still in fast charge right?
