Hi,

I use TPS22914CYFPR.

Please tell me about the package information to consider the implementation

Only the MAX value is listed in the data sheet.
What are the TYP values and tolerances for package height ?

    Hi Hayakawa,

    The ball height is typically from 0.13mm to 0.19mm and is typically 0.16mm. Since the max is 0.5mm with the 0.19mm ball height, the typical ball height would result in a package height of around 0.47mm.

    There may be some slight variation here but I think this a good estimate of the typical height of the device.
