Hi,
I am Sneha and I'm using a PCA9685 I2C chip to control LEDs using TPS92200D1 [LED Driver], LED [24Volts, typ 300mA]
I'm able to control one LED from each pca9685 chip.
The moment try increasing the control of 3 LEDs or 2LEDs per board
The TPS92200D1 shorts /fails and starts drawing more current.
Where each led is independently driven by TPS92200D1.
PWM out is directly connected to TPS92200D1 DIM pin without any resistor in between.
It works well for one led with 4096 steps for ON but not for two LEDs.
It works well for two led with 819 steps for ON but not for three LEDs.
As a result the mosfet is shortcircuited, Vin(4) and [BOOT(6) or SW(5) pin ] is shorting
My goal is to control all 16 leds per pca9865 chip using TPS92200D1 which can drive each led.
Please Guide me.
