BQ2970: (Dis)Charge Over Current Protection; BQ297XX

Part Number: BQ2970

I'm wanting to use this battery from Panasonic in my project.

The battery has a capacity of 32mAh, a max constant discharge rate of 60mA (2C) with a max charge rate of 90mA (3C). To use those features, the discharge current protection would have to trigger at a lower level (ie 100mV) than the charge current protection (ie -150mV).

But after looking at the datasheet, it appears there are no off the shelf configurations that meet the protection requirements of this battery while letting me use the higher charging current.

Is there a way around this issue? Maybe a design technique I may not be aware of?

Or is there a way to get a custom configuration of the BQ297XX? If that's possible, what would an approximate MOQ be?
