Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using LMQ62440-Q1 for their new products.

But they found LM62440-Q1 as a similar device on TI web site.

But they couldn't find any difference point between LMQ62440-Q1 and LM62440-Q1 clearly.

Could you please tell me what the difference between those devices is?

Hi Kazuya,

The LMQ62440-Q1 has integrated high frequency bypass capacitors to help with high frequency EMI. With the integrated caps placed inside the package, the high di/dt loop will be optimized and keep as small as possible which will help with EMI mitigation.
