    Hi Gururaj,

    The BQ78350 can only work with the BQ76920 / BQ76930 / BQ76940 family of battery monitors. It will not work with the BQ76952.

    I also do not recommend using the BQ78350 for a 24S battery. It is designed to work with only one BQ769x0 device, so 15S is the maximum it can comprehend. I recommend the BQ34110 or BQ34Z100-G1 for a 24S battery. You can look at TI Reference Design TIDA-001030 for an example using the BQ34Z100-G1 with a battery monitor.
