TPS54J061: How to set the soft-start time

Hi team

Could you tell how to calculate the soft start time by placing the external capacitor on the SS/REFIN pin?

And could you clarify the datasheet's descriptions as attached? It seems that these are confusing. I am not sure which description is correct.  e.g. equation (28) requires a 22nF cap to get a 1.5ms soft start time, however, 1.5ms(typical) is determined as electrical characteristics when the cap is 1nF.
